           "We'll go through this together and we'll be strong,"says Daniel.. Daniel's Story by Carol Matas is about a boy named Daniel and his family that is trying to survive the Holocaust.Daniel and his family are taken out of their house and then are taken to Lodz.Then they are put in concentration camps where Daniel's mother dies and Erika nearly gets saved but disappeared one day. Even though some of his family members died, Daniel is courageous and persevering.
